ScienceofSpeed Twin Turbocharger System for NSX - NSX, 1991-94
The ScienceofSpeed Twin Turbocharger System is the ultimate forced induction system for the NSX proving that with high performance can include high reliability with factory quality design.
System components included:
•ScienceofSpeed modified twin GT25R (for factory engines) or GT28RS turbochargers (for modified engines): ball bearing, oil lubricated, water cooled
•front & rear exhaust manifolds: CNC machined stainless steel flanges, forged stainless steel tubular TIG back-purged welded
•front & rear turbocharger down pipes with separated wastegate dump tubes: stainless steel tubular TIG back-purged welded
•liquid-air intercooler, heat exchanger, water pump, and reservoir
•aluminum TIG welded intake charge tubes (4)
•twin intake system with AEM Dry-Flow air filters
•TIAL 50mm vent to atmosphere blow-off valve
•high quality 4-ply silicone hose couplers, stainless steel smooth band clamps, and all required installation hardware
•turbocharger water cooling installation kit
•oil feed & oil drain installation kit with custom dual cylinder head feed fittings
•engine management system: 1991-1994: AEM EMS 1995-2005: AEM F/IC standard or ScienceofSpeed AEM EMS available upgrade optional
•high flow fuel pump: Walbro 255LPH HP fuel pump standard (up to 700 bhp) or Aeromotive 340 LPH available upgrade optional (700+ bhp)
•fuel injectors: RC Engineering 750cc peak and hold or saturated injector set standard (up to 700 bhp) or Injector Dynamics 1000 cc (700+ bhp) available upgrade option
exhaust system requirements:
•1991-94 NSX: Compatible with factory catalytic converters and aftermarket free-flowing exhausts and depending on exhaust, can produce up to 450 WHP. For gains above 450 WHP, ScienceofSpeed offers an exhaust system which will support up to 900 WHP.
•1995-2005 NSX: Not compatible with factory catalytic converters. Requires aftermarket barrel style catalytic converters (available separately). Compatible with factory style aftermarket free-flowing exhausts and depending on exhaust, can produce up to 450 WHP. For gains above 450 WHP, ScienceofSpeed offers an exhaust system which will support up to 900 WHP.
